MEET

Dr. Richelle Rae,D.C.

Dr. Rae’s journey to chiropractic care is deeply rooted in her love for nature and her passion for supporting life in all its forms. Raised in Idaho’s rugged landscapes, where the rhythm of the natural world shaped her spirit, she found early inspiration in the power of movement—whether navigating the wild rapids of a river or the slopes of a mountain. It was through these experiences as an athlete that she discovered the profound impact of alignment and healing, leading her to pursue a career in chiropractic.

Her path to healing took another transformative turn when she gave birth to her son at home in Durango, Colorado, supported by midwives and chiropractors. This experience deepened her belief in the body’s innate wisdom and the power of natural, holistic care. As a mother, she found her calling in supporting families—especially women, children, and teens—through the radiant, life-giving force of chiropractic care.

Dr. Rae’s philosophy centers on the idea that when the body is in alignment, it can fully express its potential. Through her work with myofascial techniques, subtle energy healing, and animal chiropractic, she has witnessed the incredible ability of the body—whether human or animal—to heal and thrive when given the right care. She is especially passionate about animal chiropractic, working with dogs, cats, and horses to support their natural well-being and vitality.

Dr. Rae’s own health journey has shown her the power of a positive mindset and the profound healing that comes from a well adjusted and well regulated nervous system. Every adjustment she performs is more than just physical relief; it’s about cultivating wellness, restoring balance, and allowing the body’s innate energy to flow freely, radiantly, and with purpose.

I am a licensed massage therapist, craniosacral fascial therapist, and doula, as well as a wife and mother of four beautiful children. My work is deeply shaped by both professional training and lived experience supporting pregnancy, birth, infancy, and family life. I specialize in prenatal and postpartum massage, craniosacral facial therapy for infants and families, and therapeutic bodywork that supports the nervous system and whole-body healing.

I offer both in-office and mobile massage services throughout Southeast Idaho, creating calm, intentional sessions tailored to each client’s needs. Whether I am supporting a newborn, a parent, or someone simply needing rest and relief, my goal is to provide compassionate, individualized care that honors the body and its season of life.

Cindy

I’m an outgoing, nature-loving, outdoorsy soul who finds deep joy in witnessing others step into healing, clarity, and personal growth. I’m highly energy-sensitive and empathetic, which allows me to hold a grounded, nurturing space for each person I work with.

My own journey into holistic healing inspired me to share this passion with others. I am currently a massage therapy student intern attending Oz School of Massage, where I am developing strong clinical skills while offering thoughtful, quality therapeutic massage to support healing and recovery.

My intention is to gain my required clinical hours while supporting your highest potential—helping you feel comfortable, confident, and deeply cared for throughout your session. Each massage is approached with presence, compassion, and respect for your body’s innate wisdom.
